Who we are   Ross and Maureen have a philiosphy of providing a quality customer experience to you.   That is why we try to make sure someone always answers the phone rather than an answering phone or service.  We listen, provide options if necessary and go from there.  Ross works with our team of plumbers - Robert, Jody and Marty.  Maureen manages the business with Sheryl and Shona, our part time office support team.  (actually Maureen is the boss of Ross - but we let him think otherwise).  You, our customers are very important to us, so if there is anything we can do to improve your customer experience please email us and let us know.   maureen@rosmo.co.nz
